Sometimes I think Maison 129 started long before the website ever existed. Before the domain, before the pages, before anything was published, there were just fragments. Notes in my phone. Observations I didn’t want to forget. Small moments that felt too specific to be random, but too quiet to explain. Maison 129 became a place to keep those moments.
What started as a personal archive slowly began to take shape into something more intentional. A digital space where different parts of my life could exist together. Writing, beauty, culture, routines, thoughts I revisit, ideas I’m still figuring out. Not separated, but connected.
I didn’t want to build just a website. I wanted to build something that feels lived in. Something that grows over time, something you can return to.
If you’re here, it probably means something felt familiar. Like you’ve seen this before, or felt this before, even if you can’t fully place it. That’s kind of the point.
Maison 129 isn’t just about documenting life.
It’s about recognizing it while it’s happening.
